FIRST: Total launch new online portal

Reporting and repair processes for Total Accident Management customers are set to be streamlined with the launch of a new state-of-the-art, industry-first online web portal.

The Claims Portal, designed for SME and grey fleet retail clients, allows drivers to report accidents directly to Total Accident Management anytime and anywhere, over the web.

This reporting is done via a simple step-by-step process with easy-to-use drop down menus and text boxes.

Where a vehicle requires repair, the system will notify the selected repairer via the BodyNet Bodyshop Management System as well as automatically generating access to the BodyNet Repair Tracker system.

From here, the customer can then track their own repair progress and receive SMS notifications.

The web portal represents a market-leading move by Total Accident Management, who are the only providers of this type of service in their industry.

Extensive research and testing has been completed to ensure that the system is fully robust and working, providing ‘unrivalled service to clients’.

Laura Bevan, Marketing Manager at Total Accident Management, said: “The portal shows Total Accident Management is at the forefront of innovation and demonstrates an ongoing investment in both new technology and our customers.

“Working with Bodynet Ltd has allowed us to also leverage of their international claims and repair tracking expertise.

“It will mean our customers have all their accident and repair information in one place and greatly increase the efficiency of the whole process.”
