UNVEILED: New BMW 2 Series Active Tourer
BMW have revealed the new 2 Series Active Tourer.
The vehicle, which hits dealers in September priced from less than £23,000, will boast front-wheel-drive and three-cylinder engines for the first time.
With 218i and 218d variants on offer, fuel economy is expected to reach 68.9mpg, with CO2 emissions from 109g/km.
Available in Sport, Luxury and M Sport specifications, the vehicle will also be able to sprint 0-62mph in 8.9seconds, with a top speed of 127mph.
The higher-power 225i will go on sale with xDrive four-wheel-drive from November, as well as the 220i, 216d, 220d and 220d xDrive Active Tourer.
