ECG Facilities Services order a mix of Octavias and Superbs

One of the UK’s leading facilities management companies, ECG Facilities Services, has become the latest business to choose Skoda for its fleet.

The vehicles – made up of 22 Skoda Superb SE Business models and 29 Skoda Octavia SE Business Greenline models – are all in candy white, and will be used by ECGFS’ Service Engineers.

The contract win comes off the back of a meticulous vehicle survey conducted by ECGFS, which covered CO2 emissions, efficiency, storage, comfort and ergonomics.

With the new order now placed, ECGFS’ Octavia drivers will benefit from up to 88.3 miles per gallon, from a car that is spacious, functional and packed full of clever technology.

Patrick McGillycuddy, Head of Fleet at Skoda UK, commented: “Every new fleet contract is a testament to Skoda’s core offering, which continues to offer class-leading CO2 emissions and excellent whole life costs without compromising on style or efficiency.”

ECG Facilities Fleet Manager, Tim Muir said: “We chose the Superb and Octavia estates because they benefit our company with reliability and low running costs. The serious value Skoda offered meant we could also supply our engineers with high spec cars – we want them to be happy with their cars more than anything else.”
