Ayvens extends 20-Year partnership with FMG
Ayvens has signed a new multi-year incident management contract with FMG, further extending a partnership between the two companies that has now lasted 20 years.

FMG, part of Zigup PLC, provides 24/7 end-to-end incident management services designed to minimise the impact of accidents on Ayvens’ fleet customers. The companies share a focus on developing innovative ways to return vehicles to the road quickly while improving the driver experience.
The renewed agreement will continue to support Ayvens customers with a range of digital tools designed to make the incident management process faster and more convenient. Self-service online options allow drivers and fleet customers to report and manage incidents through FMG’s Electronic Notification of Loss (ENOL) service.
Once an incident has been reported, essential fleet services can be activated automatically, helping to reduce delays and simplify the claims and repair process. Customers can then use FMG Connect to book vehicles in for repairs, monitor repair progress and arrange replacement vehicles where required.
The technology-led approach is designed to give fleet managers greater visibility while helping drivers get back on the road as quickly as possible. It also reflects the increasing importance of digital incident management as fleets seek to reduce vehicle downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Rodger Sutcliffe, Senior Operations Manager at Ayvens, said: “We place great importance on partnerships that align with our high standards of service excellence, and the success of our relationship with FMG is built upon years of collaboration, open communication and shared values. Together we are committed to finding new ways to add value, improve driver communications and resolve incidents quickly which allows fleet managers to stay focused on running their business.”
The two companies have worked together through significant changes across the automotive and fleet sectors over the past two decades. Increasing vehicle technology, changing customer expectations and the growth of connected and electric vehicles have all placed greater demands on incident and repair management services.
FMG says the partnership will continue to evolve through investment in technology and the use of data to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
Amanda Cunningham, Head of Client Relationships at FMG, said, “Working together, Ayvens and FMG have navigated significant change in the automotive market in the past two decades by proactively focussing upon evolution, investment in technology and listening to the changing needs of their customers. Through the power of data analytics and our rich data set from Ayvens fleet, we’re perfectly positioned to stay informed, adapt quickly and embrace innovation together.”
The renewed multi-year contract highlights the importance of effective incident management to fleet operators, particularly as businesses look to control costs, minimise downtime and maintain driver satisfaction.
For Ayvens, continuing its long-standing relationship with FMG provides access to established incident management expertise alongside digital services that can streamline everything from initial accident notification through to vehicle repair and replacement.
For FMG, the agreement strengthens a two-decade relationship with one of the fleet sector’s major players and provides an opportunity to use data, technology and customer feedback to further develop its services.
With fleet operators under continued pressure to improve efficiency while delivering a better driver experience, the partnership demonstrates how integrated incident management and digital services can play an increasingly important role in keeping vehicles productive and drivers mobile.
