Culina has unveiled the next phase of its growth strategy, bringing its group of logistics businesses together under a single brand. The move marks a defining milestone for the company. It also creates a stronger proposition for customers, colleagues and partners.

One brand for a growing logistics group

Culina Group and its subsidiaries will now trade simply as Culina. The new identity unites Culina Logistics, IPS, Stobart, Great Bear, Fowler Welch, Warrens, CML, Stobart Europe, IRF and iForce under one brand.

The business has grown over many years, both organically and through acquisition. Along the way, it has built industry-leading capabilities in warehousing, transport, e-fulfilment, contract packing and international logistics. Bringing these businesses together creates a fully integrated organisation. Customers gain end-to-end supply chain expertise and the simplicity of dealing with one trusted partner.

This is more than a rebrand. A unified identity reflects the scale, capability and specialist expertise of the UK’s largest privately owned logistics and supply chain partner. It also makes it easier for customers to access the full range of services across the business.

Five specialist divisions

Culina will operate through five specialist divisions: Chilled & Fresh Logistics, Contract Logistics, Transport Logistics, Integrated Packing Services and International Logistics. Each division will keep the expertise, capability and operational excellence that customers rely on today. At the same time, closer collaboration across the wider business will add value for those customers.

Three specialist operations will keep their existing identities: The Pallet Network, Stobart EU Automotive and Eventor.

A clear vision for the future

The change supports Culina’s vision of becoming the UK’s leading independent specialist supply chain partner. The company’s mission is clear: “Working as one, we help our customers grow by keeping supply chains moving,” and it combines specialist expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and dependable execution to deliver for customers.

Culina remains privately owned and focused on long-term growth. It continues to invest in infrastructure, technology and customer partnerships. Its independence also helps it stay agile and responsive in a rapidly changing market.

Leadership comment

Liam McElroy, CEO of Culina, said: “This is a landmark moment for Culina and a defining milestone in our journey as a business. Over many years we have built one of the most comprehensive logistics and supply chain networks in Europe, bringing together exceptional businesses, expertise, and capabilities. Today, we unite those strengths under a single identity that better reflects who we are and what we can deliver.

“For our customers, this creates a simpler, stronger, and more connected experience, providing seamless access to our end-to-end capabilities through one trusted partner. For our colleagues, future talent, partners, and wider stakeholders, it brings greater clarity around our purpose, ambition, and the opportunities we can create together.

“Our 15,000 colleagues are at the heart of this transformation. Their expertise, commitment and passion have built the business we are today, and they will continue to drive the innovation, service excellence and customer focus that define Culina. Together, we are creating a stronger platform for sustainable growth and reinforcing our position as the UK’s leading privately owned logistics and supply chain partner.”

What happens next

The transition will happen gradually. Over the coming months, the Culina brand will become increasingly visible across sites, vehicles, digital platforms and communications.

This marks the start of an ambitious new chapter. By uniting its people, expertise and capabilities under one brand, Culina is building a stronger platform for collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth. It will stay true to the specialist expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and trusted relationships that have shaped its success.
