PROPOSITION: Total target SMEs

Total Accident Management have relaunched their proposition to supply SMEs with an industry-first dedicated accident management service.

The company are offering an extensive range of services to SMEs, who have previously not had access to assistance through the accident management process that larger businesses enjoy.

Since the recent soft launch, Total have signed up five direct SME customers who are now all enjoying the perks of the proposition.

SMEs can take up the service directly from Total or alternatively it can be offered through their contract hire provider.

The service is tailored to the needs of a small business, and once the first contact is made to report the accident, Total take full control of the accident management process.

This first contact can either be on the phone or online via Total’s Claims Portal and Total Response app that have been launched in the past year.

Amanda Mullans, Operations Director at Total Accident Management, said: “We are proud to offer SMEs a full accident management service that was previously inaccessible.

“With nearly 1.2million SME companies trading in the UK it is a huge market that has previously not been explored and we’re looking forward to offering our service to them.”
