BIRTHDAY: One year for RHA FTA Card

The Road Haulage Association and Freight Transport Association are celebrating the first anniversary of the RHA FTA Fuel Card.

Administered by The Fuelcard Company, the card – available exclusively to members of both Associations – offers discounted fuel.

It creates savings for RHA members by providing weekly fixed prices on diesel, with a network of more than 1,830 locations nationwide including Moto service stations and conveniently-located ‘A’ road sites.

More than 500 sites are HGV-accessible and can accommodate a full 44tonne artic, with more than 250 others accepting tippers and rigid vehicles.

Cards are free to members for the first year, with no set up or contract fees.

“It is vitally important that you stay in control of your fuel costs at all times.”

Richard Ellithorne, RHA

Richard Ellithorne, Director of Operations at the RHA, said: “It is vitally important that you stay in control of your fuel costs at all times.

“The RHA FTA Fuel Card, provided by The Fuelcard Company UK, will offer you a consistently competitive fuel price at strategically-located refueling outlets across the UK.”

Mike Gillson, of the Fuelcard Company, added: “We work closely with the Road Haulage Association to provide benefits to RHA members by driving savings through fuel efficiency, a keen price and improving the network, with more HGV-accessible, more main road and motorway and more 24-hour sites than any other single fixed price network in the UK.”
