SPONSOR: Big names sponsor BVRLA event

BMW and Drive Software Solutions have signed up as headline sponsors for the BVRLA’s first-ever Fleet Technology Congress.

The event, which takes place at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, on July 1, will explore the latest trends in connected vehicles, telematics, ‘Big Data’ and intelligent mobility services.

It will be attended by a predicted 150 senior fleet industry executives, with the agenda featuring expert speakers from the Automotive Council, Department for Transport, Frost and Sullivan, KPMG and Thatcham.

As well as providing a strategic overview of the key technology trends affecting the automotive and transport environment, the event will include an in-depth vehicle rental and leasing industry perspective on the exciting developments already shaping the way fleets are managed and operated.

Topics to be covered include e-call and other autonomous safety technology, black-box based insurance, smartphone apps and data.
