UNLEASHED: New M4 Convertible

BMW have unveiled the new M4 Convertible.

Priced from £60,730 and on sale from September 6, the vehicle is powered by a 431hp TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine.

Paired with six-speed manual or seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission, the fifth-generation open-top offers a 155mph top speed and 0-62mph in 4.6seconds.

Fuel economy is at 31.0mpg and CO2 emissions at 213g/km, with the vehicle around 60kg lighter than the outgoing M3 Convertible.

Standard features include BMW M Compound brakes, Active M Differential, Cornering Brake Control, Dynamic Brake Control, Brake drying and Hill-start Assistant.

The M4 Convertible will also be fitted as standard with Adaptive M suspension with COMFORT, SPORT and SPORT+ modes.

Further specification includes 19inch M double-spoke light alloy wheels, BMW Professional media package, Bluetooth, USB, Park Distance Control, Folding exterior mirrors and heated front seats.

Luggage capacity is at 370litres.
