O’Donovan Waste Disposal with their Commercial Vehicle Management Award
“This year’s winners show just what is possible when it comes to running efficient fleets”
O’Donovan Waste Disposal, London’s leading independent waste disposal expert, has been announced as winner of the Commercial Vehicle Management Award (for the second consecutive year) at the prestigious Fleet Hero Awards which took place in London.
Michael O’Donovan, of O’Donovan Waste Disposal, was presented with the award in recognition of the company’s extraordinary effort to conduct its business sustainably and reduce its impact on the environment.
Upon winning the award, Michael O’Donovan said: “We are absolutely delighted that we have been honoured with this prestigious award for the second year in a row. O’Donovan Waste Disposal is extremely committed to operating sustainably. We recognised that, as a fleet operator, we need to lead by example and so we set about introducing our own Greener Vision Strategy which we designed to benefit our business and staff, as well as our clients and, of course, the environment.”
Philip Sellwood, chief executive of the Energy Saving Trust, added: “This year’s winners show just what is possible when it comes to running efficient fleets and supplying innovative products and services.
