Fleet managers are set to gain valuable insights into how innovative data management can help them future-proof their businesses at TomTom Telematics’ Let’s Explore 2019 on September 12.

Back for a third year running, the popular ‘Let’s Explore’ continues the exploration into key topics of modern fleet management, with the role of data performance at the core of this year’s event.

Speakers and exhibitors will be looking at the importance of ‘smart data management’ in delivering vital enhancements to fleet performance, and how it can lead to more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly fleets.

How data management is being utilised in other professions and the future of data in the business world will also be explored, offering transferrable takeaways for the mobility industry.

“We look forward to once again host fleet decision-makers and managers from across the UK at Let’s Explore,” said Beverley Wise, sales director UK & Ireland, TomTom Telematics.

“The feedback from the two previous events has been tremendous, with attendees benefiting from valuable connections and gaining useful insights into the latest industry issues, technological developments, and best practice advice from top players in the industry.”

Former Olympian and Sports Scientist Greg Whyte OBE and futurologist James Bellini will take centre stage, topping the bill of speakers, and they will be joined by industry leaders, including Bridgestone’s Jerome Boulet and Elis’ Peter Kelly.

As well as attending talks, delegates will be able to connect with industry experts and discover the latest technologies from key suppliers.  Exhibitors include Bridgestone, Fleet Check, ICanProve.IT, Maxoptra, OBS Logistics, Paragon, PTV Group, Shawbrook Bank, Stirling Solutions, TDS Ultra, TMC, TDi, WEBFLEET, TyreWatch, and VisionTrack.

Attendees will also get the chance to experience ‘hot lap’ passenger rides with Mercedes-Benz, and drive a F1 simulator of Silverstone’s British Grand Prix circuit.

For the first time the event will take place in the Mercedes-Benz World, renowned for its popular driving experiences and home of the famous Brooklands racing circuit in Weybridge, Surrey.

“We are particularly excited to bring the event to this famous venue, which will enhance the visitor experience for this year’s delegates.  We hope it will not only emulate but surpass the success of the last two years,” added Beverley.
