Hypnia, the top British sleep company, has extended their contract with ArrowXL, the UK’s largest and longest established two-person home delivery specialist, to store and deliver hundreds of mattresses a month, to customers nationwide. Originally selected for final mile delivery, ArrowXL will now be responsible for both warehousing Hypnia’s products at their Worcester depot, and delivering them to homes across the UK. Their customers will benefit from ArrowXL’s industry-leading two-person delivery service, which includes nominated day, mattress recycling, and the convenience of room-of-choice delivery, making the entire process stress-free and efficient. This partnership aligns with ArrowXL’s commitment to supporting retailers like Hypnia that prioritise customer experience.

Hypnia customers will be kept informed throughout the delivery journey with personalised communication via SMS and email, and will have access to the ‘askAXL’ tracking web app providing real-time order status.
By consolidating their storage and delivery services with AXL, Hypnia will reduce their supply chain, have a single point of contact and full visibility of all delivery activity via the ArrowXL Sugar CRM system providing them with key logistics metrics such as delivery times, fulfilment rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
