Step inside the MAC-gic emporium
An ex Royal Navy man has converted his Isuzu truck into a mobile shop for his MAC Tools franchise.
Paul Thorniley, who sells automotive tools and equipment to garages in the Wigan and Leyland areas, uses the long wheelbase version of the Isuzu 7.5 tonne truck which has a 4HK1 190bhp engine.
“I am very happy with its reliability and it looks stunning too – thanks in part to the very creative livery designed by MAC Tools […] it certainly helps me to promote the tools I’m selling.”
After leaving the Royal Navy, Paul was a professional truck driver for six years before he bought a franchise for MAC Tools. For the past 12 years he has successfully run this business
“I can be out selling tools from my mobile shop rather than worrying about the truck and whether or not I’m going to be able to get round to see all my clients.”
