UPGRADE: Roadsense improved with six modules

Vehicle telematics systems suppliers Roadsense are adding six new modules to their tracking technology.

The additions, which include a new automated report scheduler, a trend analyser and a mileage claim system, are available now.

Roadsense’s new Report Schedule Module integrates with existing modules and allows customer administrators to schedule reports to be sent to multiple recipients.

The format and time is of their choosing, which is aimed at ensuring the management information needed is delivered at utmost convenience.

“We are committed to launching a range of new modules over the coming months that will provide even more flexibility.”

Meanwhile, the Trend Module is aimed at senior managers and presents long-term trends, ensuring modules including Safety and Efficiency are delivering real benefits.

This module allows not only overall safety trends to be visualised, but also their individual components such as speeding or harsh acceleration to be viewed.

Trends can be analysed by fleet, group or individual drivers.

Both fleet operator and driver will achieve benefits from the new Mileage Claim module, which is fully compliant with HM Revenue and Customers Advisory Fuel Rates for Company Cars.

It allows drivers to privately log into the Roadsense system, view their own journey information and verify private and business journeys.

Andrew Tillman, Managing Director of Roadsense Technology, said: “Our unique modular platform allows us to add new functionality that integrates seamlessly so we can create new modules or customise existing ones for our customers quickly and easily.

“We are committed to launching a range of new modules over the coming months that will provide even more flexibility to satisfy a diverse range of customers who are adopting the Roadsense system.”
