GONGS: RHA are up for two awards
The Road Haulage Association (RHA) have been shortlisted in the annual Trade Association Forum Best Practice Awards for the second year running.
RHA are nominated in two categories – Commercial Initiative Award, for RHA Legal Services, and the Magazine of the Year award, for Roadway and the Roadway app.
Richard Ellithorne, Director of Operations at RHA, said: “We are very pleased with being shortlisted for the Commercial Initiative Award and the Magazine of the Year.
“With regard to launching RHA Legal Services, we recognized our members’ needs and their requests for a more flexible and responsive legal advice service that was specifically tailored to meet their requirements.
“We created a new product that members can identify with and is seen as an essential service to their business.
“The Association has also invested in its magazine and is proud that Roadway provides our members with a top quality publication.
“Digital media is definitely the way forward for publishers, hence the decision to take our magazine into the mobile online world with the Roadway app.”
The awards evening is on Thursday, July 11, at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London.
