The Infiniti Centre Newcastle has been named by the luxury car manufacturer as the best dealership in Northern Europe.
General manager, Jeff Aynsley, and his team outperformed all other Infiniti Centres in northern Europe to clinch the Infiniti Centre Best Customer Service Experience Award. Judged on the customer service delivered by thesales executives, the award criteria focused on their ability to deliver consistent, excellent customer experience, taking into consideration each customer’s individual needs and knowledge of the Infiniti range.
The Silverlink Business Park dealership has previously been recognised as a leading partner by Infiniti, which selected it to represent its UK-wide network of Infiniti Centres at the European Dealer Board, which provides the manufacturer with feedback on products and sales.
The premium motor retailer is owned and operated by Gateshead-based Vertu Motors plc, the fifth largest motor retailer in the UK, which also operates the Bristol Street Motors, Farnell Land Rover and Macklin Motors franchises.
