Mercedes-Benz Vans Strengthens Marketing Team

Mercedes-Benz Vans UK Ltd has further strengthened its Marketing team with the appointment of Nicola Burnside as Head of Marketing, effective 31 October 2017.

Nicola brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge, having spent more than eight years at the Volkswagen Audi group, most recently as SKODA Head of Digital Marketing. Prior to this, Nicola had roles as SEAT Head of Product Marketing, and Head of National Communications for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

In addition, Nicola has worked in FMCG with roles including Marketing Manager for Premium Beers at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

In her new role as Head of Marketing at Mercedes-Benz Vans, Nicola will lead the Marketing team, consisting of a National and Dealer-focused team, as well as Product and PR, to ensure that the Brand remains front of mind for new customers, while existing customers continue to understand how Mercedes-Benz Vans helps to keep their businesses moving.

Commenting on the appointment, Steve Bridge, Managing Director, Mercedes-Benz Vans UK Ltd, said: “We have a long and proud history in the van industry and part of our job is to ensure our heritage, safety legacy and business support stories remain at the fore.
