INCOMPARABLE: New Mercedes S 65 AMG
Mercedes-Benz’s new S 65 AMG will boast a twin-turbocharged, 6.0litre V12 engine developing 630hp and hit 0-62mph in 4.3seconds, it has been revealed.
The car – which goes on sale in the UK next year – is billed as ‘setting new standards as the most powerful vehicle in its segment of the market’.
It will also enjoy reduced fuel consumption of 23.7mpg, compliance with the Euro6 exhaust emissions standard and a top speed of 155mph.

“With the third generation of the S 65 AMG, we offer our loyal and discerning V12 customers a unique high-performance automobile.”
The S 65 AMG also boasts SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC, which offers three individual driving programmes, and MAGIC BODY CONTROL.
Standard equipment includes a Burmester 3D surround sound system, COMAND Online, a tyre pressure loss warning system and electrically-adjustable rear seats.
