SEARCH: Jobco-op Executive launched
Jobco-op Automotive are launching a new search and selection service, Jobco-op Executive.
The initiative has been introduced in response to demand for staff in senior positions across the motor industry, especially in the aftermarket, contract hire and leasing sectors.
Derek Webb, Sales Director at Jobco-op Automotive, said: “There is a quite a lot of investment going on in these parts of the motor industry, and a relative shortage of quality candidates.
“This inevitably creates the need for a different approach to recruitment than we have offered to date.
“Certainly, clients with whom we already have strong relationships for the recruitment of lower and middle level staff are asking us more and more often to ‘headhunt’ people of the quality that they need in order to meet their corporate objectives.
“This is the kind of recruitment where a sensitive and highly professional approach is needed and, so far, we believe that we are producing some very good results.
“The launch of Jobco-op Executive means that we are formalising our activities of this kind.”
