The RS 7 Sportback is powered by a V8 biturbo petrol engine with cylinder-on-demand technology, and hits 0-62mph in 3.9seconds and a governed top speed of 155mph.

However, top speed can be increased on demand to 174mph or 189mph, reaching consumption figures of up to 28.8mpg.
