GREEN: EVs encouraged by Alphabet

Business mobility specialists Alphabet are launching a new ground-breaking solution designed to help fleet operators assess the suitability of electric vehicles (EVs).

AlphaElectric – launching in the UK in September – will also support the introduction of EVs into a fleet and provide a full in-life support service.

The solution, Alphabet claim, is the first in the industry to provide businesses of all sizes with an independent, end-to-end consultancy service.

Alphabet say the commitment signals their serious intent to actively support the low carbon agenda as part of an overall business mobility strategy.

Spearheaded by their eMobility team, including Nigel Trotman and Kit Wisdom, Alphabet’s initiative comprises a ‘360-degree approach’.

The three elements of AlphaElectric include: personalised EV consultancy; provision of comprehensive and complete charging solutions; and flexible mobility packages.

AlphaElectric covers all makes and marques of plug-in vehicle.

Alphabet are one of the largest fleet companies in the UK, managing more than 115,000 vehicles.

Part of the BMW Group, they manage a fleet of more than 500,000 vehicles worldwide, in 19 countries.
