EVENT: 150 already signed to ICFM conference

Nearly 150 members and guests are already signed up to attend the 21st Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) annual members’ conference.

Potential delegates are being encouraged to enlist for the ‘Leadership in Fleet Management’ conference, held on November 12 at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.

Hosted by Jaguar Land Rover and co-sponsored by FMG, the event is supported by Thrifty Car and Van Rental, Auto Windscreens and Fleet Hire.

Guest speakers will include former England cricketer Alec Stewart and former British swimmer and Olympic gold medallist Adrian Moorhouse MBE.

Roddy Graham, Chairman of the ICFM, said: “Bookings for the conference are coming in thick and fast indicating that our chosen theme of ‘Leadership in Fleet Management’ for this year’s conference has particular resonance among registered delegates.”

An additional panellist – Mike Bell, Global Connected Car Director at Jaguar Land Rover – has also been recruited to participate in the morning debate on ‘Leading Technology in Fleet’.

He joins Martin Evans, Managing Director of Jaama, Olly Macé, Head of Global Strategy and External Affairs for BP Biofuels, Darren Lindsey, Commercial Product Director at Michelin, and Bob Holbrey, Group IT Director at FMG.

The annual national members’ conference will commence at 10.00am and finish at 3.00pm.

ICFM members will be allowed to bring one guest with them.

To register their free attendance, ICFM members should complete the online booking form at www.icfm.com or call 01462 744914.

The deadline for registration is November 4, 2013.
