Car leasing specialist AMT has won a 2019 Feefo Trusted Services award for the quality of its customer service.
The accreditation is awarded only to those businesses that meet the highest standards, based on the number of reviews they have collected using the Feefo customer feedback engine, and their average rating.
AMT met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews with a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 in the allocated time.
Lee McGreev, who manages AMT’s customer services team, said: “We are delighted to receive the Feefo Trusted Service award. Not only is it an acknowledgement of the hard work and dedication of the whole team over the last 12 months, but it also provides our future customers with the confidence that AMT will look after them and strive to deliver a first class customer experience.
“My primary objective when I joined AMT was to improve the customer experience when leasing a vehicle. I wanted to make what can be a confusing process, resulting in a frustrating journey for customers, a simple and straightforward one.”
