Europcar Mobility Group UK aims to ‘make commercial vehicle rental easier’ with the launch of a new online resource.
The new Vans & Trucks Guide can be accessed from the Europcar website, giving fleet managers access to the latest models and customisation options.
The guide includes videos and interactive features to help businesses find the best van or truck solution for their needs, said Europcar.
Keith Shorter, Europcar Vans and Trucks director, said: “Our new interactive digital guide provides commercial vehicle users with a clear overview of the options available to them as well as the service, maintenance and repair support that comes as standard with any long-term rental from Europcar.
“The changing dynamics of the vehicle marketplace – with supply shortages prompting businesses to look at alternatives to long-term leasing and outright purchase – mean we are now talking to a wider spectrum of businesses than ever before.
“For many customers new to the rental experience we wanted to dispel the myth that rented vans cannot be customised with personalised livery or ancillaries.”
Europcar said the guide also includes details on the customisation options available from Europcar’s Flex long-term rental services, including bespoke livery – from Chapter 8 to fully branded wrapping – as well as tow bars, racking and semi-cap options.
The guide will be updated as new vehicles and services are added to the Europcar Vans & Trucks offering, said Europcar, and includes a detailed breakdown of the fleet, including accurate dimensions and individual maximum load capacities to help businesses find the right vehicle for the job.
An interactive map in the guide also highlights the 12 Europcar Vans & Trucks Supersites across the country, with case studies of how Europcar has helped businesses meet their specific fleet requirements.
