With financial stability going from strength to strength the i247 Group continues its expansion with the creation of new company structures, roles and responsibilities. The new organisational structure ensures long term sustainability whilst providing a platform for the business to continue its mission to deliver an unparalleled level of customer service for Fleet driver support services.
Having grown a highly skilled senior management team John Mason founder and MD has now transitioned into the new role of Chairman. John will be stepping out of the day to day running of the business and focusing on ensuring the new Board of Management deliver innovative, sustainable and profitable growth for the business whilst remaining true to the customer focussed cultural DNA of the company of “We Do”
As a result, the Group will now be led by newly appointed joint Managing Directors, Martin Phillips and Sam Mason.
Martin, whose most recent role before joining the i247 Group this year was as Head of Fleet Operations at Volkswagen Financial Services, commented: “This is an exciting time to be joining the business. I’ve been a customer in one guise or another for the past 15 years and very much an advocate of the i247 approach of getting things done, I’m looking forward to helping drive innovation, growth and fantastic levels of service for our customers”.
Sam joined the business 9 years ago progressing through the ranks, with his most recent role as the Operations Director.
Sam comments: “The Group has transformed from a family business to a growing SME. We are now moving towards the next stages of our sustainable growth plan. For us it means we have the capacity, structure, people and skill set in place to support our customers increasingly complex requirements moving forward.”
