SACRIFICE: New scheme launched by Zenith

International law firm Hill Dickinson are launching a salary sacrifice car scheme through Zenith for around 1,000 UK-based employees.

In terms of car choice, CO2 emissions have been capped at 140g/km, to encourage the selection of greener cars and to maximise savings to employees.

The most popular cars ordered so far include the Kia Picanto, Ford Fiesta and Audi A3.

Employees are also able to capitalize on Zenith’s Pre-Salary Sacrifice Cars product, enabling them to drive a temporary hire vehicle in exchange for a fixed salary reduction.

This means they can save tax and National Insurance when using a temporary vehicle, filling the gap before their ordered car arrives.

They then continue to make savings on their new salary sacrifice car when it is delivered.

Jane Walker, HR Systems and Benefits Adviser for Hill Dickinson, said: “We try to keep our benefits offering fresh to engage and interest staff.

“The salary sacrifice car scheme is an exciting new addition to the range of other salary sacrifice benefits we offer such as; pension, childcare vouchers and charity giving.

“We hope the salary sacrifice car scheme can help save people money, at the same time as benefiting from driving a brand new car and the convenience of an all-inclusive price package.”
