REVEALED: e-up!
Volkswagen’s new e-up! will be priced from £19,250 with batteries included, it has been revealed.
The super-green city car, on sale now for January delivery, will cost £24,250 without the £5,000 government grant.
It offers zero tailpipe emissions, a range of up to 93miles and a full charge time of nine hours from a standard 230V, 2.3kW household socket.
The e-up!’s AC electric motor produces 82PS, with a top speed of 81mph and a 0-62mph time of 12.4seconds.
Standard specification includes heated front seats, cruise control, Maps and More navigation system, digital radio, City Emergency Braking, rear parking sensors and climate control.
