EXPERT: Webinar takes place on June 27
Trimble are joining forces with service research and advisory firm The Service Council to hold an exclusive complimentary webinar.
Held this Thursday, June 27, the webinar will reveal the initial findings of The Service Council’s recent research report: ‘Achieving the Perfect Workday: Intelligent Field Service Management’.
The report was commissioned by Trimble because ‘delivering service excellence in the field is continuing to be both a goal and a challenge for many businesses’.
Sumair Dutta, Chief Customer Officer of The Service Council, will lead the discussion, presenting the issues and trends the paper identifies.
Topics include the issues affecting delivery of quality service, identifying such challenge areas, and how each level of an organisation can utilise field information and metrics.
A Q&A session with The Service Council will follow, with Mr Dutta also delivering his overview on the use of intelligence and analytics in identifying service performance and trends.
Following the webinar, attendees will receive an advance copy of the new Service Council paper in question, ahead of its July general release.
