HUB: 40% of UK dealers secure status

Peugeot have launched a new Business Centre Network aimed at ensuring improved standards for customers via a new business sales standards programme.

More than 40% of the Peugeot UK network has secured Business Centre status, which requires dealers to achieve more than 35 standards across business areas.

These include ensuring that staff are well trained to achieve high levels of expertise, so that the Business Specialist can cater for all customer requirements.

In addition, there is a need for Business Centre Dealers to provide a wide selection of car and LCV demonstration and display vehicles.

“The dealer standards programme ensures the highest quality of service across the dealer network.”

Nick Crossley, Peugeot

Nick Crossley, Head of Business Sales at Peugeot, said: “At Peugeot we pride ourselves in ensuring that customers receive the very highest level of care and service tailored to their business needs.

“Our Peugeot Business Centre Network and National Key Account Managers are always on hand to support our customers.

“With a ‘one business’ attitude they provide up-to-date information on our products, prices and a range of services all aimed at best helping customers choose the right products to enhance their business requirements.

“The dealer standards programme ensures the highest quality of service across the dealer network, so that our business customers can be assured of receiving a class-leading product and service.”

The programme commenced at the beginning of 2014 and there are now 88 Dealers across the UK recognised as Peugeot Business Centres.
