
LANDMARK: One million Autoglass online bookings
Autoglass have taken their millionth online booking.
Michael Tapp, from Northampton, made the booking, and received a bottle of champagne from Autoglass to mark the occasion, alongside a windscreen repair from Technicians Richard Wood and Jonathan Ingle.
The vehicle glass repair and replacement company launched the web-based service in 2007, with online bookings rocketing three-fold over the past five years.
The largest growth in online bookings has been driven by customers accessing the site through their smartphones, following the launch of the mobile site in 2011.
