Autoglass® and Laddaw® open new regional hub in Bristol

Autoglass® and Laddaw® have opened the doors to a new Bristol facility, marking a new chapter in the long-standing presence of Belron® in the South West after more than 35 years of serving customers across the region.

Designed as a modern, dual-purpose regional hub, the facility brings together both Autoglass® and Laddaw® under one roof, representing a substantial expansion for the region. At 17,836 sq. ft., the facility is more than two-and-a-half times the size of the previous 6,900 sq. ft. site.

For Autoglass®, the new Bristol site will offer glass repair, replacement and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration services, while also introducing a specialist glazing vehicle fitting bay for larger vehicles such as HGVs.

For Laddaw®, the facility will provide the additional operational capacity needed to meet rising wholesale demand across the region. It will operate as a stock hub and technician collection point, carrying an extensive inventory of automotive glass, accessories and specialised tooling. Seven delivery vans will operate from the site to supply trade customers across the region, alongside daily overnight stock replenishment for collection options available at Exeter and Cardiff.

Once fully operational, the site is expected to support approximately 30 full-time equivalent (FTE) roles and create four new local positions.

EV charging infrastructure is also planned for the site, supporting Belron, the parent company of Autoglass® and Laddaw®, in its wider ambition to reduce fleet emissions by 2030 through newer, more efficient vehicles and the roll-out of fully electric and hybrid vehicles.

Taxiarchis Konstantopoulos, Managing Director of Belron UK, said: “This is a proud milestone for us at Belron UK as we continue to improve and expand our operations in the South West. After more than 35 years of serving customers across Bristol and the wider region, our new facility gives us the capability and flexibility to keep pace with the growing demand we’re seeing across the industry and in day-to-day operations.

By bringing a larger, more modern site into our regional network, we’ll be able to continue delivering the reliable, high-quality service motorists expect from Autoglass®, while strengthening support for our Laddaw® wholesale customers.”

Autoglass® and Laddaw® began operating from the new Bristol facility on 28 September 2026.
