Nissan have unveiled the new Juke Nismo RS.
The flagship compact crossover, which was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show, enjoys a power boost to 218PS and enhanced ride and handling compared to the standard Juke Nismo.
Customers can pair the vehicle’s 1.6litre DIG-T engine with either six-speed manual transmission or Paddle-shift Xtronic transmission with eight-speed manual mode.
Two-wheel-drive models also benefit from the addition of a mechanical Limited Slip Differential on the driven front wheels.
Guillaume Cartier, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nissan in Europe, said: “With Nissan Juke Nismo already accounting for 3% of all Juke sales in Europe, the enthusiasts’ desire for more performance is clearly there.
“The new Nismo RS version offers just that and cements Nismo’s reputation as creators of digital age performance.”
“New Juke Nismo RS conforms exactly to the Nismo ethos, providing an instant performance feeling in a premium design inspired by our motorsport activities.”

The Juke Nismo RS sports red brake callipers and discreet ‘RS’ badging on the front and rear and is available in a choice of three colours – White Pearl, Black Metallic or Silver Grey.
In terms of exterior, the vehicle includes red door mirror caps, LED daytime running lights and 18inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the RS logo appears in the rev counter while a distinctive suede wrap covers the instrument binnacle.
Optional extras include Recaro sports ‘bucket’ seats, Xenon headlamps, Around View Monitor, and Safety Shield, which includes Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning and Moving Object Detection.
“New Juke Nismo RS conforms exactly to the Nismo ethos, providing an instant performance feeling in a premium design inspired by our motorsport activities,” added Mr Cartier.
“The result is engaging, exciting and accessible.”
