MAKEOVER: New Micra enjoys interior overhaul
The new Micra will benefit from a complete interior makeover and will be priced from £9,950, Nissan have announced.
Due to hit showrooms in September, the three-model range will include high equipment levels as standard, with new technology options including NissanConnect navigation.
In addition to a new-look front and rear, the Micra will also feature a new centre console, upgraded materials and USB connectivity as standard.
Further optional technologies include a Parking Slot Measurement system and an I-Key feature which allows keyless entry and engine start for drivers.
Three familiar trim grades are available, with an option of two engines: a 1.2-litre 80PS unit and a 1.2-litre Supercharged DIG-S powerplant with 98PS.
A CVT transmission is available on both engines.
The £9,950 Visia model features six airbags, Bluetooth, electronic front windows and remote central locking.
Mid-spec Acenta models cost from £11,550, adding alloy wheels, leather steering wheel with audio controls, climate control and cruise control.
Meanwhile, range-topping Tekna variants start at £12,950 and include NissanConnect navigation, Parking Slot Measurement, rear parking sensors and Intelligent Key.
