MOVE: Mr Williamson leaves Mercedes-Benz UK
Andy Williamson is the new Director of Shared Services International and Head of the Daimler Group Services Madrid.
Currently Chief Financial Officer at Mercedes-Benz UK, Mr Williamson will assume his new role on October 1.
Mr Williamson joined Mercedes UK in 2006 with a breadth of experience following other previous international roles in Daimler.
Marcus Breitschwerdt, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz UK, said: “Andy has made a significant contribution to our business, being a key member of our Executive Board as we’ve made changes to the way we do business that we can now see reflected in our record-breaking start to 2013.
“Andy’s knowledge and experience make him ideal for his new role and I’m delighted that he will be continuing his career within the wider global Daimler family.”
A successor will be announced in due course.
