ADDED: New Mazda2 Sport Venture

Mazda are boosting their 2014 range with the introduction of six new ‘Sport Venture’ models.

Priced from £13,395, £18,995 and £20,295 respectively, the special editions will affect the Mazda2, MX-5 and Mazda5 lines from this spring.

All variants are on sale now, and fitted with a new 6.1inch Mazda Navigation System with Bluetooth as standard.

The lineup comprises three MX-5s, two Mazda5s and a Mazda2, each featuring bright alloy wheels, bright silver door mirrors and two new colours.

Peter Allibon, Sales Director at Mazda UK, said: “Our previous range of ‘Venture’ models proved very popular during 2013 so now we are responding to customer feedback by introducing six Sport Venture models for 2014 with enhanced visual appeal and upgraded specifications.”

The 1.3litre 85PS Mazda2 Sport Venture model is an addition to the range and is equipped with 13 extra equipment items.

Extra spec includes 16inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, dusk-sensing lights, rain-sensing front wipers, rear parking sensors, leather steering wheel, electric rear windows and climate control.

Meanwhile, the Mazda MX-5 Sport Venture will be available as a ‘Special Edition’ in three versions: the 1.8litre 126PS Soft-top, and the Roadster Coupe with 1.8litre 126PS or 2.0litre 160PS engines.

All three will be offered with two new exterior colours and feature stone leather sports heated seats.

The two upgraded Mazda5 Sport Venture models, with 150PS petrol or 115PS diesel power, boast equipment including a Brilliant Black front grille, heated power-folding door mirrors and black leather seat trim.
