SCHEME: Genuine Parts Club launched

Isuzu have officially launched the new Genuine Parts Club.

Owners of an Isuzu from 3.5tonnes up to 18tonnes GVW are automatically eligible to become a member of the initiative, which entitles participants to benefit from added-value offers and discounts on genuine Isuzu parts and accessories.

The initiative was launched at last month’s Commercial Vehicle Show.

Keith Child, Marketing Director at Isuzu Truck, said: “Whilst our new Euro VI vehicles were a major talking point at the CV Show, we were especially pleased by the visitor reaction to the launch of our new Genuine Parts Club.

“Before the show opened, existing Isuzu Truck customers were sent their membership pack details including a membership card.

“Being a member of the club enables our customers to receive regular offers on accessories, genuine parts and service items from us and their local dealers.

“The deals and discounts available will change throughout the year, and full details of the offers will be mailed and emailed to members.

“Offer vouchers can simply be downloaded from the website to use throughout the Isuzu Truck dealer network.”

“We are making the purchasing of genuine parts even more attractive and affordable.”

The first deals, available from now until June 30, are 10% off all alternators, 15% off all starter motors, 10% off selected radiator systems, 10% off all oil, air and fuel filters and £20 off Shell Rimula Oil used in a service.

“Owing to the fact that Isuzu is a major, global truck producer the brand has grabbed the attention of spurious and copy-parts manufacturers,” added Mr Child.

“For their own piece of mind we encourage all of our customers to use genuine Isuzu parts on their trucks; this avoids any issues regarding warranty, compromising a vehicle’s performance or shortening its lifespan.

“By creating the Isuzu Genuine Parts Club, we are making the purchasing of genuine parts even more attractive and affordable and ultimately the ownership of the truck even more rewarding.”
