PREVIEW: Brake make CV Show debut

Brake will make their Commercial Vehicle Show debut tomorrow.

Exhibiting for the first-ever time, the road safety charity will aim to share their 20 years’ worth of expertise with fleet decision-makers.

Through their Fleet Safety Forum, Brake provide professionals with guidance, training and tools to support them in improving road safety within their organisation.

Visitors to the Brake stand will be invited to take part in a fleet safety benchmarking survey and receive free Fleet Safety Forum resources on a range of topics.

Free resources include educational posters, guidance reports for fleet managers, and tyre tread indicators.

“The show presents thousands of fleet decision-makers with the opportunity to take advantage of Brake’s experience in working with fleets to improve safety.”

Brake will also be giving visitors to their stand a whistlestop tour of the Brake Pledge; this is the Fleet Safety Forum’s flagship programme engaging and educating at-work drivers.

They will give away free Pledge resources, as well as showcase interactive Pledge tools including quizzes, online games, and powerful video clips.

Brake will also offer a significantly discounted rate of £100, plus VAT, to any visitors to the Brake stand who join their Fleet Safety Forum.

Ellie Pearson, Senior Professional Engagement Officer at Brake, said: “At-work drivers are an especially high risk group on our roads; that’s why Brake is so delighted to be exhibiting at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show.

“The show presents thousands of fleet decision-makers with the opportunity to take advantage of Brake’s experience in working with fleets to improve safety.

“If you’re attending the show do come and visit us on stand 5A21; we look forward to sharing our knowledge and expertise with you.”
