SCOOP: First McLaren fetched £127,000

A second McLaren MP4-12C is set to go under the British Car Auctions (BCA) hammer tomorrow.

The offering follows the successful recent sale of a 2012-registered variant for £127,000 at BCA Blackbushe.

Boasting sophisticated driving technology, sourced from the F1 world, the MP4-12C is one of the most powerful road-legal cars available.

It offers a top speed of 207mph and can go 0-60mph in 3.1seconds.

The 2012 right-hand drive example up for sale is finished in fire black ‘elite’ paintwork and has covered just 2,623miles from new.

It is offered with an up-to-date service history from McLaren London and the correct documentation.
