BETTER: Accident Exchange service helping dealers
A new Accident Exchange initiative which quickly identifies incidents deemed a total loss is delivering improved vehicle sales and greater customer engagement for dealers nationwide.
The lead-generating service is activated via Accident Exchange’s accident management scheme, which pinpoints total loss cases, then delivers a report to the supplying dealer.
Report details include a sales lead that can be proactively followed up by dealership staff, with an OEM franchised dealer network converting 57% of leads into sales, generating more than £300,000.
