Fox Brothers Holdings UK has made a significant investment of over half a million pounds in Samsara AI dash cams to reinforce its commitment to road safety. The state-of-the-art technology is being installed across the entire fleet of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) and company vans, including those operated by Fox Brothers Lancashire Ltd, Hurt Plant Hire Ltd, and JJ O’Grady’s Civils.
The installation process, commenced in mid-July, was completed in September. This comprehensive upgrade will equip over 250 company vehicles with advanced AI dash cams, providing proactive insights into driver behaviours. The real-time data and analytics generated by these devices will enable Fox Brothers Holdings UK to educate and train drivers on best practices, ultimately improving safety benchmarks and enhancing road responsibility as a commercial vehicle operator.
“The safety of our drivers and members of the public is paramount,” said Simon Colderley, Transport Compliance Manager of Fox Brothers UK. “By integrating Samsara AI dash cams into our fleet, we are taking a proactive step towards ensuring the highest of safety standards. This investment not only underscores our commitment to road safety but also positions us as a leader in responsible commercial vehicle operations.”
The Samsara AI dash cams offer a range of benefits, including real-time safety alerts, automated incident detection, and comprehensive reporting. These features allow for immediate feedback and continuous improvement in driver performance, reducing the risk of accidents and enhancing overall fleet safety.
Fox Brothers Holdings UK is dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This investment is a testament to the company’s ongoing commitment to leverage innovative technology to safeguard its drivers and the communities they serve.
