Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport-X performance
The Vito Sport-X is powered by Mercedes-Benz Vans’ 190 PS 2.0-litre diesel engine, paired with a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission. Producing 440 Nm of torque, the engine delivers 0-62 mph acceleration in 10 seconds while providing the performance expected from the top-of-the-range Vito Crew van.
The Sport-X is available as a five-seat Crew van in L2 and L3 body lengths, providing a balance between passenger accommodation and practical load-carrying capability. Depending on configuration, it offers payload of up to 733 kg, load capacity of up to 4.1m³ and towing capability of up to 2,500 kg.
A removable rear bench provides additional flexibility, allowing operators to increase the available load space when required.
Motorsport-inspired exterior
The Vito Sport-X receives a comprehensive exterior makeover intended to distinguish it from other models in the Vito range. Changes include a redesigned front bumper and grille with an integrated splitter, alongside a rear spoiler, gloss black detailing, side skirts and roof rails.
Sport-X badging and distinctive sport stripes across the bonnet and sides reinforce the motorsport-inspired design, while 19-inch diamond-cut black alloy wheels complete the exterior treatment.
Alpine Grey is the standard paint finish, while Arctic White and six metallic colours are available at no additional cost. The metallic options are Sodalite Blue, Obsidian Black, Kalahari Gold, High Tech Silver, Graphite Grey and Hyacinth Red.

Inside, Mercedes-Benz Vans has replaced the standard three-seat front bench with individual sport seats featuring integrated headrests and redesigned bolsters intended to improve comfort and support.
The cabin uses motorsport-inspired black eco-leather and dark grey suede upholstery, complemented by orange contrast stitching and Sport-X branding.
Heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless phone charging and a centre console with additional storage are also included as standard, adding to the Vito Sport-X’s premium specification.
The model retains the extensive equipment included with the Vito SELECT, including smartphone integration, TEMPMATIC air conditioning and ambient lighting.
A range of driver assistance technology is also fitted as standard, including Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist and Active Lane Keeping Assist.
Designed to maximise fleet uptime

Mercedes-Benz Vans is also offering a range of services with every Vito Sport-X to help operators maximise vehicle availability. The package includes a three-year manufacturer warranty, MobiloVan roadside assistance and breakdown cover, together with Uptime monitor.
The combination of additional equipment, flexible load-carrying capability and manufacturer support is intended to make the Vito Sport-X suitable for businesses looking for a premium Crew van without compromising everyday practicality.
Mercedes-Benz Vans has positioned the new model as the most distinctive version of the Vito Crew van range, with its UK-exclusive specification adding a more dynamic appearance and enhanced cabin equipment.
The Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport-X will be available to order from September 2026.
