ALL-NEW: Mercedes SL 400
Mercedes have revealed the SL 400 Sport, the new entry model to the SL range.
Replacing the SL 350, the variant – priced from £72,500 – will enjoy a 27hp increase to 333hp when hitting dealerships in July.
It can sprint 0-60mph in 5.2seconds and hit a top speed of 155mph, as well as offer fuel consumption of 36.7mpg and CO2 emissions of 178g/km.
The vehicle is also fitted with 19inch AMG five-spoke alloy wheels, front and rear aprons and side skirks, a boot lid spoiler and sports suspension.
Standard equipment includes Frontbass, Magic Vision Control, DAB and Tyre Pressure Monitoring.
The SL 63 AMG has also gained a power increase of 48hp, to 585hp, with customers also afforded the option to customise their engine with a £1,580 AMG carbon-fibre cover.
It is priced from £112,510.
