RENEWED: Two more years for Spire and Accident Exchange
Spire Automotive Group have renewed their contract with Accident Exchange for an additional two years.
Accident Exchange achieved the renewal due to making the courtesy car booking and handover process as easy and accessible as possible, helping dealers upsell accident management packages.
Spire, whose network comprises 16 dealer sites and workshops across the UK, have used Accident Exchange since the Group’s inception in 2006.
Darren Guiver, Managing Director of Spire, said: “Accident Exchange ensures that, if any of our customers are unfortunate enough to have a crash, there is as minimal an impact on their daily lives as possible.
“Being able to offer customers that kind of peace of mind is priceless when it comes to providing a fully rounded aftersales package.
“Accident Exchange is very much like us in terms of honesty and transparency.
“Furthermore, because of our shared values, we are confident that, going forward, it will continue to serve us well.
“There has not been a single issue or hurdle over the years that it has not been able to resolve.”
Liz Fisher, Director of Sales Development at Accident Exchange, added: “We are delighted to continue our work assisting the group’s customers with onward mobility.
“Spire Automotive understands that customer retention is paramount and our relationship is built over years of assisting drivers with implementing seamless transitions to get them back on the road.”
