SMASHING: Latest safety results revealed
Volkswagen’s Golf Sportsvan was the only vehicle of six to receive the top five-star rating in the latest Euro NCAP test results.
The vehicle, which is fitted with autonomous emergency braking, scored top marks in the small MPV category.
Meanwhile, the Ford Tourneo Courier received an overall rating of four stars in the supermini category, ahead of the MG3, which scored three.
Finally, the Citroen C-Elysee, Megane Hatch and Peugeot 301 scored three stars in the small family category.
