
UPGRADE: Chevin plan support boost
Chevin are planning a major upgrade of fleet customer support arrangements for the second quarter of 2014.
The changes will see a new community forum and extensive knowledge base library implemented, alongside new feedback methods designed to create future enhancements.
All of these resources will be available to Chevin customers in the 190 countries in which the company operate.
Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director of Chevin, said: “These changes will greatly improve the support service that customers receive, making information about our software much more easily available and also providing better routes for them to help guide product development.”
