Boongate Kia Ranked In Top Three By Customers

Boongate Kia in Peterborough has been ranked equal top by customers in Auto Express magazine’s Driver Power Best Car Dealers 2017 survey.
With 1,000 dealers rated across the country the accolade reflects Kia’s commitment to support its dealers in delivering the best customer experience to new car buyers and owners. Boongate Kia achieved a 9.4 out of 10 rating. Only two other dealerships reached the same level of satisfaction amongst customers.
Boongate Kia was established in 1999 and has been operated throughout by Tony O’Shea and now his son, Andy O’Shea. In 2016 they delivered 1,100 new and used Kia’s – including the 16th successive car in 16 years to one loyal customer!
Customers who had bought a car during the last three years were invited to take part in the survey along with anyone who had previously taken part in the magazine’s Driver Power surveys. Ratings were collected between September 2016 and January this year. The survey asked customers to judge their dealership on aspects of service including advice, the offer, pricing and overall satisfaction.
