Andrew Goodwin is the newly appointed Head of Fuel Cards at Certas Energy, the UK’s leading independent fuel and energy solutions distributor. Returning to Certas after a three-year tenure at Shell as Commercial Territory Manager, Andrew previously spent 14 years with the company, most recently as National Bunker Manager.
At Shell, he was instrumental in advancing the company’s fuel card offering, further strengthening his expertise in the sector. With a strong background in both strategic and operational roles, Andrew brings deep industry insight and a clear vision for innovation, growth, and customer-focused service.
In his new role, Andrew will lead a nationwide team, focusing on safety, service excellence, and supply security. He will also oversee the expansion of key initiatives such as FuelTapp, the UK’s first and only digital fuel card, and the growing network of Certas bunker and truckstop sites.
