APP: Mercedes Service App enhanced
Mercedes-Benz are further enhancing their Service app with a new feature allowing customers to book a vehicle service online, having had the opportunity to select and see all aspects of the transaction.
The app will guide customers to find and select a preferred Mercedes retailer, arrange the service, see clear and transparent pricing, and complete the booking directly – all in real time.
Drivers can book an A or B service, MOT, diagnosis and fixed-price repairs to suit their individual requirements, with the four available service options.
The app is available for both iOS and Android smartphones.
