HIRED: Jonathan Walker becomes new MD
Jonathan Walker is the new Managing Director of German automotive filtration and engine components manufacturer MAHLE Aftermarket.
Mr Walker, 43, has been recruited to the MAHLE Group’s Aftermarket operation from MAHLE Filter Systems UK in Telford.
He has more than 20years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Working at the OE end of the automotive engine parts supply chain while at MAHLE, he has been responsible for part design, process engineering and quality in production.
His production lines have produced OE-quality replacement parts for independent garages and workshops.
Based at the head office and distribution centre in Bilston, Wolverhampton, he will play a key role in expanding MAHLE’s replacement parts business in the UK into new product sectors.
These include thermal engine management, air conditioning and diagnostics.
