DE-FLEET: BMW 4 Series Coupe
Bruntingthorpe Integrated Automotive Solutions (BIAS) are to provide central de-fleet services to BMW after winning a major five-year contract.
The deal creates more than 30 new job vacancies across various skill levels, including workshop staff, IT specialists and office staff.
John Walton, Commercial Director of BIAS, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won this contract.
“It hasn’t just happened by accident, it’s been a strategic decision to create, at Bruntingthorpe, a centre of excellence, efficiency and experience.”
Mr Walton paid particular tribute to Sam Watkins, Business Strategy and Contract Development Manager, who led the tender process and will be Account Director for duration of the contract.
“She has been instrumental in the development of our business strategy which aims to streamline and integrate de-fleet activities, supporting clients make intelligent market led refurbishment and disposal channel decisions,” he said.
